Fair Price Energy
A market-based approach to America’s Energy Crisis
The purpose of this web page is to jumpstart a national conversation on energy policy by suggesting a viable solution to our energy crisis.  Regardless of political orientation, recent national and international events have made it clear that our current energy policy is untenable.  The proposal outlined here takes advantage of economic forces to encourage improved efficiency and new technologies, keeps government small, and is fair to our country’s most vulnerable citizens.  Please join me and others in this critical conversation.
“America is addicted to oil, which is often imported from unstable parts of the world”
-George W. Bush, 2006 State of the Union
“We face a challenge in the conversation of democracy that we must be up to in order to save the climate balance on which our civilization depends.”
-Al Gore, 2006
